Update 8 - Bugfixes — Fracture Point Steam update #5311328

Added a toggle for the wind sound effect when turning. It can now be found in the Audio settings. Hub Location: Added the ability to scroll through the item list in the stash. After purchasing the apartment, the door is no longer highlighted and the purchase hint no longer appears. Removed/adjusted collision on trash bins, chairs, trash bags, small boxes, and several other objects that could move the player upward. Adjusted the staircase collision to prevent the player from getting stuck between the stairs and the wall. Added collision to the boxes at the shooting range.
