The menu should scale with any resolution now, meaning that the buttons should be visible. I'm not sure about in-game; there may be some issues there that I am not aware of. After 15 minutes, scaling adjustment as well. Enemies are healthier, though it does not have much of an impact as the player is mostly super OP at this point in the game.
