Pre-Next Fest Patch (v1.11) — Splintered Steam update #5361

A minor patch addressing some recent feedback and minor bug fixes. Also, a note for Steam Deck users. (See patch notes v1.10 for details on the newly released Major Next Fest Update!) Patch notes (v1.11): Fixed joystick controls for Map Viewer Increased Map Viewer scroll speed by 50% Slightly lowered encounter rates of Forest, Marsh, and Desert tiles (this is in addition to the 1 step protection fixed in v1.10). Added a brief message to the Start Screen (for those that haven't beaten the demo) on how to unlock the "Randomized Demo Quest".
