There's two different consequences of this bug: - Some players were unable to gain Talent Points - Some players got no Talent Points when we calculated the conversion from Faction Points We've identified the problem causing this behaviour, and we're working on fixing the issue. Unfortunately, the process for reinstating the lost Talent Points requires recovering old backups and working with big data files. The definitive fix won't be ready until next week.
