Fangs changes plus a few other fixes. — Heroes Unhinged Steam update #538229

Pushing one final update for the day with the following changes: - Fangs now auto activates his running swiping attack anytime he moves and also moves normally instead of constantly moving towards the cursor. - Fangs bats will now circle around the cursor instead of him, allowing players a little more control over where the bats are. - Fixed an issue where unplugging a controller while playing could cause portions of the pause screen to move off screen. - Fixed an issue with controller that could cause attacking to flicker between attacking and not attacking. - Lowered the chance for the projectiles spawning on building hit modifier and slightly lowered the amount spawned.
