Version 23 Released! — Vigilantes Steam update #539425

Hi everybody, Version 23 of Vigilantes is now available. Some traits will be randomly assigned to enemies, whereas some enemies will automatically be assigned specific traits. Traits provide a variety of bonuses to their owners.
