Virus: New Gameplay First up on the major changes, Virus got a massive gameplay change that addresses ping related problems. Slash To Spread The Infection Instead of touching players to spread the infected, the infected must slash players. The slash will instantly infect other players and you can slash automatically by holding down left mouse. Also, you can roar at the survivors just for added fun.
