Some audio improvements and a starting cutscene — Santas Basement Steam update #544959

I added some more ambiance that better fits a horror game. I also made a cutscene that will play when you start the level where a narrator explains what you need to do. This is most likely temporary and will be improved later on. I am planning to make something similar for storytelling instead of gameplay explanation. That can be done in other ways.
