(now matches the Hammerhead). -BALANCE: Decreased the amount of damage tanks take from Melee Weapons. -BALANCE: Area Totems now correctly collect taxes from non friendly harvesting of resources (e.g. harvesting a tree). -BALANCE: Area Totems now correctly collect taxes from non friendly Element-X harvesters.
