-IMPROVEMENT: Reduce Table Contention on DB -BALANCE: On PVE Planets, destroying NON-Decaying BaseItems (e.g. newly placed Armories) nished by gibbing the destroyer(s). The intention here is to stop people from going to ts and griefing others who have no recourse as it is a PVE Planet. -BUGFIX: Fixed the resolution settings menu not being able to be clicked on. -BUGFIX: Fixed overlapping text on the Stargate Menu
