END OF SEASON TEAM TRAINING: In normal league formats (Not Promotion/Relegation Leagues), teams that don't make the playoffs may earn extra training events depending on where they finished the regular season. This was added to decrease the incentive for tanking to get a top pick. Non-playoff teams that performed better the previous season tend to earn more end of season training events. These are awarded to players with below 70 SR, below 10 years of experience and less than 5 games played during the previous season. Younger players that played less have a greater chance for improvement. Increased the minimum tackle chance from 5% to 6%.
