Rookies with hidden potential active, with now get their improvement before the AI trims the rosters. Altered Trade Value calculation to incorporate more Durability like Franchise Value. AI will now use Trade Value not Starter Rating to decide which players to keep when trimming the roster. Decreased overall rookie salaries but increased salaries for the top players. Net effect is top 15 will make more on average than before patch, which will continue to drop on average until pick 30. Greed and starter rating will still play a role in initial salary.
