Version: 4.1.0 Patch #1 for Dead Man’s Promise and patch #6 for base game For those affected by the issue with an empty map (no enemies, no NPCs): simply rest in bed. A single rest should fix this and populate the map again! If your player character is wearing the Ring of Tahoe, unequip it before resting!
