Added throwing weapons: for now, a wooden spear (available from every carpenter). After testing, we will add more spears and other weapon types. Added proper damage values to arrow types. Added armor-piercing stats to ranged weapons and displayed them in the UI. Fixed bandit, animal, and chest spawns for all tributes, including in old saves. Fixed two quests, Wikman's Bears and Demon from the Cave, so the enemies no longer disappear. Fixed a rare issue where chests were not generating loot. Bandits and animals do not respawn while you are close to them
