Fixed a bug that caused Wonder Of Fire and Greater Wonder Of Fire to not work most of the time Zoom value should now be remembered between regions Empower spell will now work properly on most buildings (turrets and unit producing buildings) but not on Gaia tree's (the description of the spell has been updated to reflect this change) Reduced the cd reduction of Time Keeper by about 15% but made it always pick spells on cooldown (so it is more consistent now)
