NEW FEATURE . you can now choose if an FX particle system uses a timeout or not. Note: it's a good practice to use a timeout duration with a particle system to avoid having to update it off-screen, for performance reasons. However, sometimes you want to start an effect outside of the screen and now you can control this timeout.
