NEW FEATURE . updated the game controllers list BUG FIXES . bullets were invisible during the 1st frame . tentative fix for warm-up sounds sometimes looping forever . added a small fade to the Laser sound . added a sound fx fade at the end of levels . wrong background rendering order when duplicated . changing an item or background sprite animation speed was not modifying other instances' speed until reload (regression)
