Balance Changes Buffed several Elemental Rumble M.O.D.S.; Increased Earth/Fire/Storm/Water Counter Chip damage by 60%. Increased Earth/Fire/Storm/Water Counter Servo damage by 75%. Increased Elite Counter Chip damage by 102%. Increased Elite Counter Servo damage by 100%. Increased drop rates for Elemental Armor. Reenabled the character swap cooldown timer. Character swapping now has a 3s cooldown in Town Hub, Private Tavern, and Combat Phases, and a 0.1s timer in Build Phases. Fixes Fixed 'Owl' pet not working with some support abilities. Fixed an issue where, when purchasing the Frostweaver hero, a splash screen displaying incorrect text and/or imagery would appear.
