Added new special levels to the "Engineer", "Mechanic" and "Missile weapons" skills. To open access to learning these special levels you need to read the "Turbine Rumble" and "Chopping Strike" books. You can find new books (like any other books) in the holds of ships or in a warehouse of a Bastion. Special skills enable the production of the TM-2 torpedo engines, MK-2 heavy torpedoes, and 2M torpedoes. TM-2 torpedo engines enable the MK-2 and 2M torpedoes to operate at an altitude of up to 7 miles.
