The primary change made in this patch is the lowering of difficulty for all Lost Surreal Hell battles. Every time a fight is lost, the player will gain a level, making the fight easier. This change doesn't apply to hard mode. A bug where loading save data from older versions of Lost Surreal Hell causes a crash was also fixed.
