1. Fixed a bug that could completely freeze the screen during the Appeals Court mode. Clicking the Evidence button in the top-right HUD and then closing it triggered an error that locked up the screen. This affected every screen that uses the Evidence button, not just the Appeals Court. 2. Added a mention of studying Supreme Court precedents to the Developer info text.
