Balance is hard this should be the final rebalance year 1 is harder 2 easier 3 the same and 4 and 5 harder surrounding used for tiles that trigger all tile adjacent and diagonal adjacent key word only used to tiles touching not including diagonals grain silo slightly buffed now only loses half stored wheat if none is stored
