Version 0.9.84 - Bugfix update / option to disable volumetric fog — Rogue Command Steam update #575706

Version 0.9.84 Hotfix update: we just fixed some important bugs with this one. Very likely there will be another bug fix update tomorrow, since there is another weird bug where the graphics menu dropdowns for resolution do not work. This is already fixed on the beta branch, so you can just switch to that version, if you want to make a change there. We had to make some changes to the options menu, because it would often just not initialize correctly when you opened it the first time and the fix for that broke some other things. We think we caught all of them now, sorry if you were affected by these issues.
