Various improvements addressing newcomer feedback / difficulties with mining and the scooter.Also a big refactor to the way the storage jobs system explores the network: it is aimed at stopping issues with massive network.Tell me if you spot any regression!I addressed the hovercraft/scooter toppling off when unused: Hovercraft computer: new Hover Pod Settle Time setting controls how long pods stay active after exiting the yoke, with stabilization during release. Scooter base has been made more stable so it is less likely to topple off when exited. new ballast block with a heavy weight, to fine-tune your weight distribution Mining/Getting stuck issues shows a popup warning if the player mines underground without a jetpack/jump-pack.
