Mod Browser Overhaul & Editor Fixes — Beat Banger Steam update #5802980

Mod browser The online browser now lists every mod on bbmods, not just the first 200. New sidebar with Library, Browse Online, Create New, Mods Folder, Modifiers and Settings. Installed mods library rebuilt with a stats header, filter chips, sorting, update detection and an info panel for the selected mod. Online mod cards redesigned with larger thumbnails. Search matches tags as well as titles. Downloaded mods with slashes or colons in their title now install correctly. Mod settings moved into their own window. Level editor Loop variations can now be given a percent chance per cycle, with a new Edit Variations menu. Dropping an asset on the timeline switches to the matching tab so the new keyframe is visible. Voice banks and sound loops start from their first sound each time.
