In this update, we’re introducing two new mechanics that push the game deeper into more immersion: Toxic Gas Outbreaks and the Carrier System for immobilized patients.Toxic Gas OutbreaksWhen bodies are left untreated in the hospital halls, decomposition can now spread deadly toxic outbreaks across nearby areas.
