Patch 1 - Fullscreen and QoL changes — Recyclic Steam update #582229

Hi all, quick patch to fix some issues: Fullscreen option added in settings "esc" will bring up an exit menu except when already in shift Fixes: Player can no longer spend requisition points on already purchased upgrades Event where the player gets req points now occurs on the correct day Warning message no longer appears when taking something home Removed a smudge from the employee handbook QoL improvements and balancing: Added a button to dismiss tutorial instead of a timer Increased interface size of backpack, should be easier to place items in it Post-it note is now centered Various improvements in instructions to be less ambiguous for non-native speakers Misc spawn rate changes There are issues I am trying to improve and others I am trying to replicate, if you run into any issues please let me know via discord: https://discord.gg/mU8VsvNANE
