Incremented version to 0.14.2 --- Implemented choice which blessing to use for the players when they own both a luck blessing and the required ability blessing. Fixed a bug where you cannot renounce your faith from Elnir. Fixed a bug where you can get stuck at ability increase choice if all your abilities are maxed out. Fixed Kelpie head position for appropriate VFX display. Fixed Kaschuf name typo.
