Fixed displayed inputs being the wrong index. This may have caused crashes on certain devices. Fixed blood splatters being applied on none existent surface, causing a crash. Disabled interaction between helix bullet and melee weapons, which caused weird interaction and possible crashes. Improvements to the gamepad controls with menu & aiming.
