Killer Keith has rapid health regeneration, so you’ll need to call the cops or gang up if you want to kill him. One on One fights are suicide. Although slow, Killer Keith doesn’t use stamina while power walking. However the Cast can still exhaust him with stamina damage to slow him down to base walking speed.
