Hotfix 31 — Heart of the Machine Steam update #604747

Amazingly, despite the huge amount of code surgery for the big performance update that was update 55, I have yet to get a single report of a regression from that one. I feel very fortunate for that. There are a couple of other unrelated things that I did want to get tweaks out for, though. Hotfix 31 Changelog General Updates Beta Goal Previews: Various goals and contemplations that are out of scope for 1.0 are now hidden even on the beta branch.
