Patch #30 Hotfix 2 — Breachway Steam update #613178

Moved crewmembers to weapon hardpoints from support hardpoints, so their abilities can be used right away after picking their second weapon, instead of waiting for the resource bay equipment to drop. No more need to manually move crew around Fixed text display on some subsystems that had missing values
