Predecessor: Hotfix v0.2.3 is live! — Predecessor Steam update #613883

Hey folks! It's our first balance patch of the year and this one is primarily targeting item build diversity with a sprinkling of Hero balance. More changes and improvements are cooking, which you can expect to see soon in future patches.
