Worlds 1-3 Patch 1.08 + Progress Update — Snogbert Steam update #6155351

This patch continues our effort to refine the World 1 missions as well as optimize the Snogbert experience as a whole.v.1.08 Patch Notes- Added quick restart option for the Jump Limit mission.- New visual for the Air Time mission that displays the rules more clearly.- Optimized how actors that fall offscreen are handled by moving from a tick-based queue system to an event-based system.
