Welcome to Karamari Hospital, fleshy live one. I'm not too sure how you got down here but... hey! This is the first DLC update of this game and we are so excited to give this to you guys. You can now play the Karamari Hospital DLC! Select it from the main menu of the game and happy playing. About Karamari Hospital: This free DLC update adds more story about Spooky and her home, new areas to explore, new monsters to encounter, a new minigame and hidden secrets in New Game +. We added a secret in the base game in this update as well, can you find it? Thank you all so much for supporting us and being patient as we get these new updates out for you all to enjoy.
