The most recent feedback has demonstrated that the tutorial feels needlessly long and skill animations are too slow which gives a feeling of "stop and go" combat, these changes should make the tutorial shorter overall. Furthermore on the topic of "stop and go" the animations are now 50% faster across the board to allow a more fluid combat pace and to diminish the effect of Amplification which inherently slows combat down. Now with max Amplification the effect is significantly more fluid than it was - A happy side effect for those that want to play with Amplification! The faster animations will also result in a faster casting speed allowing those spell-slingers out there to really thrive!
