There was an issue where users were not able to access the Simplified Chinese video files after downloading the UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ Voice Drama. This issue has been addressed and those files should now be downloadable if the user's language setting is set to Simplified Chinese. If you wish to download those video files when not using Simplified Chinese language settings, right click on the UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ Voice Drama in your Steam Library and select Properties. The general tab will have an option to change languages. An update will be coming with liner notes including a translation for the cast commentary track.
