With a silent deploy of a fix I introduce a regression on a major component of the game that caused the Harvest Souls Action and Harvest Souls triggered effect to no longer collect Heroic Souls. This is quick tiny patch fix this undesired behaviour. While I was there I also fixed the Rat Emperor whose ability wasn't working properly.
