New Update: Decoy Detection Fix & Customizable UI Scaling — R.U.S.E.™ Steam update #619813

This patch includes some important fixes Code fixes Improved the default in-game UI scaling behavior, including how the game selects the initial UI scale and positions the interface on screen. Added a new option in the Video settings menu to let players manually adjust the UI scale. Fixed a decoy-related exploit that could reveal fake enemy units when selecting groups of units, decoys now display correctly and no longer give away their identity.
