Tutorial cleanup and nerfing player scale — Unoffensible Steam update #626966

The latest version of the DEMO is focused on improving the first minutes of the game. The tutorial now also has text explaining what to do. I was not a big fan of this, but having to repeat the instructions just to know what to do was excessive. Following in these footsteps the menu scene now also has text explaining what things do. For mission starting and selection these will only be shown for 1 mission, assuming the player will remember after using it once. Mission select has been moved to the main table for easier access. Also an extra planet was added so there is always one within range. The table height, postprocessing and renderscale settings have been removed from the menu scene. They only confused players at this time, and added little value. With the tutorial there was little need for forcing the player to move some towers to get out of the cryopod.
