Changes Fixed a bug where dungeon wouldn't unload if you died and exited to outside dungeon entrance. Fixed physics issues when killing an NPC on a ship. Fixed merchant not able to sell some ship recipes. Fixed a number of geometry issues. Add sound when exiting doors in village islands.
