Added new NPC "Felicity Quinn", you can consumes 70% of current HP to draw one Legendary Elixir (can not use reroll for elixirs reward) 【Fixed】 1. Fixed an issue where range indicator of General Gor Form's Heavy Attack can not be shorten because of wall or obstacle. 2.
