Quality-of-Life Improvements! — Atomcraft Steam update #638412

This update has a bunch of quality-of-life improvements that were requested by various people through the feedback system and the Discord:QoL: Now you can drag and drop tools between the toolbox and the toolbar when in the toolbox tabQoL: In the Material Guide, there is a toggle that lets you see checkmarks and X's on each material in the reactions to show whether you have the material in your inventory already or not (then you can hover each material to see the exact amounts)... it will also show a spaceship icon if you have the material but only in the spaceshipQoL: In the Material Guide page, clicking on a material in the hotbar at the bottom of the screen show recipes for that materialQoL: In the Material Guide page,, left-clicking on a Material in a Reaction advances to that material (as previously), but right-clicking on it now warps you to the Inventory Tab and searches that mater...
