Patch notes 2.2.146 — Saurian Steam update #645991

Hey everyone! Continuing with our effort to release more frequent, modest patches, here’s version 2.2.146! We have added the dynamic spawn system option for those seeking more challenge in their gameplay, as well as several aesthetic and backend changes, tweaks, and bug fixes.
