The reason is, on a more positive note, that we've worked really hard on delivering a good version. v0.50 is by us thought of as "50% complete". The goal for v0.50 has been to make you a version of Kodon that gives you the usefulness of voxel engine + surface sculpting. We are inspired by the sculpting abilities of known programs like ZBrush and 3D Coat.
