A smaller update containing fixes, graphics and autonomous fleets. - Improved context help. Now it can be done with community's help (check Steam forums). - Projects audience event triggers only if there are some projects left. Projects appear in random order each game (replayability). - Autonomous fleets work (very primitive and rough). Available only if activated tester mode. - Competence and loyalty fleet bars. - Fixed female portraits hats (aligned with hair). - Redone resources graphics (new style, consistent, recolourable). Beautified industry/resources screen. - Fixed undead admirals :) They die properly now.
