Engineer Rework - 9/25/26 — ATMOS Playtest Steam update #6497181

- NEW: Reworked Engineer. All abilities had gone through a rework. Also has a building menu with different constructs to pick from. - NEW: Duplex Barrel was adjusted following the aforementioned Engineer rework. - NEW: Run Augments allow you to choose one out of 4 possible starting rewards: Core Item, Toolkit, Coins or Essence. More Run Augments will be added in the future - NEW: Reworked the tutorial - NEW: Added a ton of new dialogs and story bits for the characters - NEW: Added custom relic rooms for each boss - Overhauled the Raycast system following Projectiles - Updated Penguineer's Sniper attack to include a visual and a sound que before the shot - Changed throw attack for Slime Queen: on hit the projectile spawns an expanding area that stays for longer and covers more ground.
