Patch Merging Part 10.14 — Penkura Steam update #650217

Dev-Com Welcome, members of the Accord! In this small patch, we are adding two things to the game. The first is a dedicated crash report system. This should help players provide us with rare, but incredibly important, data that will greatly help us improve the game even further. The second is a dedicated Quick Wheel for controller support. With the number of usable items available in the game, the quick bar is an important feature. Until now, players using controllers were unable to use it, as it was bound to the keyboard only. Because of that, we created our own Quick Wheel system from scratch, designed specifically for controllers.
