1.12b bug fixes — Longvinter Steam update #650595

Expanded the building block area for the Hermit Of the Mountain. Fixed the game crash issue when opening a Red Tackle Box without a key. Now, a pop-up window will inform the player that a key is required or suggest purchasing one. Corrected the description for BlackBerry Jam Uncooked Bird Meat will no longer display the energy icon as it cannot be consumed. Resolved the house dismantling problem and pushed an update. Implemented fire rate checks on the server. Ensured that dropped ammo cannot be used to spawn new ammo. Rectified the issue with the Vending Machine not allowing stacking of fish and certain foods due to slightly different prices.
