Bug Fixes, Controller Improvements, Steamdeck fixes — Berry Bury Berry Steam update #658856

Back again with another small patch, fixing up some Steamdeck and controller related quirks. After this update, the game can be considered to have full controller support. (which I will change on the Store Page as well) Gameplay Changes 🍓 Increased the Vacuum airblast charge rate from .75f -> 1.35f. This should hopefully make using it quicker and less tedious QOL Changes 🍓 Now checks for the "all upgrades" achievement after each upgrade is purchased, instead of when you leave shop.
